Spring 2022 Dates and Times: February 3rd – May 5th, with no class on March 3 nor March 20-24th.

Students in our elementary program may attend on Mondays from 11:30 to 3:00, on Fridays from 9:30 to 3:30, or on both days.

Students in our middle and high school program may attend our Academy on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings and/or our Friday Enrichment program from 11:30 – 3:30 on Fridays. Our classes in our Academy program are a la carte, and students may choose from one to three classes; we will have study hall available for students with gaps in their academic class schedules. Academy classes are between 12:00 and 3:00 on Mondays and on Fridays from 9:30 to 11:30 for middle school and 9:30 – 11:30 and 12:30 – 1:30 for high school. Our Friday Academy program is followed immediately by our Friday Enrichment program so that students may stay for the enrichment program.

The fees for each group are listed below. We do not offer a sibling discount for enrichment fees, academic class fees, or our elementary program. We set our costs with the knowledge that almost all of our families have multiple children. We do cap our $50 per student membership fee at $150 per family.

Cubs (Pre-K and K)

Cub Cost Per Semester: $50 per student membership fee due to THA within one week of enrollment plus the following amounts due to our elementary director two weeks before the semester begins: $175 to attend Monday afternoons, $300 to attend Fridays (an increase from last semester due to increased hours), or $450 to attend both days.

Pathfinders (1st Grade)

Pathfinder Cost Per Semester: $50 per student membership fee due to THA within one week of enrollment plus the following amount due to our elementary director two weeks before the semester begins: $175 to attend Monday afternoons, $300 to attend Fridays (an increase from last semester due to increased hours), or $450 to attend both days.

Pathfinders will include first graders, and also second graders who are not yet meeting second grade academic expectations (reading on level or writing full sentences.)

Scouts (Second Grade)

Scout Cost Per Semester: $50 per student membership fee due to THA within one week of enrollment plus the following amount due to our elementary director two weeks before the semester begins: $175 to attend Monday afternoons, $300 to attend Fridays (an increase from last semester due to increased hours), or $450 to attend both days.

Scouts will be second graders who are reading and writing on level.

Explorers (3rd – 5th grades)

Explorer Cost Per Semester: $50 per student membership fee due to THA within one week of enrollment plus the following amount due to our elementary director two weeks before the semester begins: $175 to attend Monday afternoons, $300 to attend Fridays (an increase from last semester due to increased hours), or $450 to attend both days.

Trailblazers (6th – 8th grades)

Trailblazer Cost Per Semester: $50 per student membership fee due within one week of enrollment (membership fee reduced to $25 for students taking only one academic class and not enrolling in Friday Enrichment) plus the following amounts: $150 Enrichment Fee for students who attend Friday Enrichment, any enrichment class supply fees (not all classes have these fees), and academic class fees. All fees except high school American History, middle school Chinese and Culture, high school Chemistry, middle school Biology, and our Clark Youth Theatre and Anthem Road Academy Choir enrichment class fees will be combined and divided into four monthly payments to THA.

Students may attend just Academy (and can choose one to three classes), just Friday Enrichment, or both. Although some Friday Enrichment classes will have fees charged by outside instructors, there will always be some class choices during Friday Enrichment that do not include extra fees.
